I had to both laugh and say, "Awww!" when I saw these "Bun in the Oven" baby shower favors here at Bellabellisimo's Favors' MyEventBid shop. Normally I don't go for such cute "play-on-words" types of favors (two peas in a pod salt shakers at weddings, etc.) but I really can't help but falll all over myself for this cute little cinnamon bun candle and its oven shaped box.

I'm not sure which is sweeter: the candle or the box it comes in. Actually, I think I'm leaning towards the box. I mean, it has burners! It has knobs! It even bears an oven mit gift tag! How detailed can a piece of packaging get? This is one box you don't throw away! In fact, I think that if I were to receive this favor, I would never even remove the bun. I would just keep it in the oven and place the entire thing on my bedroom sidetable. I'd wake up each morning, open the little oven door, take a whiff, and pretend I'd actually baked cinnamon rolls for breakfast (as if!).

The candle looks good enough to eat, and I'm willing to bet it smells pretty appetizing as well. Hmm...where's the nearest bakery? I'm starting to get a craving...
